For eight+ years prior to joining Hollywood 4WRD as its inaugural Executive Director, she was the first Executive Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Greater Los Angeles County where she provided community, hope, and policy advocacy for everyone affected by mental illness, their families, and friends in Los Angeles County.

She sits on several countywide criminal justice reform committees and is a founding member of the TRIESTE pilot implementation work group, which focuses on patient-centered systems change and the right to a purposeful life. She is a Civilian Advisor to the LA County Sheriff’s Department on mental health and is an Advisory Board Member for Heart Forward LA, an advocacy organization promoting bold system change and advancing radical hospitality for mental health recovery based on global best practice.
